My pregnancy was one of the hardest seasons of my life. Nausea, vomiting, and sleepless nights made nourishing myself feel overwhelming both physically and emotionally. I remember feeling guilty about what I was able to eat and wishing for more personalized support. That experience became the foundation for Mary Turner Nutrition — a place where women feel understood, supported, and confident caring for themselves and their babies.

Why I started MTN

I believe nutrition during pregnancy should feel supportive, not stressful. My approach focuses on what we can add in — nourishing whole foods, balanced nutrients, and realistic strategies that fit your life. We work together to support energy, digestion, body image, and overall wellness so you can feel your best during pregnancy and beyond.
